Meet Shelly Frank, ND
Shelly Frank, ND completed her Bachelor’s Degree at the University of Calgary. Her focus was on Biological Health Sciences. During her undergraduate studies she volunteered with Dr. David Chu for 3 years training in the Art of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture. She continued her studies at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, the only 4 year fulltime medical program in Canada and is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor by the Board of Directors of Drugless Therapy in Ontario. She is also a member of the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors. She continues to be committed to Continuing Education with a special interest in Cancer Care, Mind Body Medicine and the treatment of releasing emotional and physical trauma with Homeopathy.

Naturopathic Medical Training
Naturopathic Doctors receive a minimum of seven years of specialized study. After a minimum of three years of premedical University education, they must complete an intensive four year Naturopathic medical program at a recognized college of Naturopathic Medicine. In addition to 1500 hours of supervised clinical experience, graduates must also pass rigorous North American and provincial licensing exams before they are registered to practice as doctors of Naturopathic Medicine in Ontario.
